Ok, so I have my old computer which crashed a few months ago. And it is unable to be fixed without spending too much money. So I bought a new laptop. And bought a cord that connects my old hard drive to power and USB. I can now view what was on my old hard drive, BUT when I go into the hard drive and click my name, it says I am unable to access this folder. And there seems no way to overcome this problem.
Does anyway know a way around this? I just want my old pictures, documents and music back.
