I did the recovery on my hard drive yesterday to erase everything. It is now clean and with all the preinstalled programs that it came with. I tried to download and install the Service Pack 3. It downloads but it does not install. I get a "acces denied" message. A window pops up giving me Error Code:0x800700005. Why is it not installing?
