Hi there.
I am fixing a mates Pavillion desk top. He unfortunately had the seagate drive problem.
He didnt have the recovery disks when he bought the PC so I ordered them for him.
I have tried to now use these but to no avail, it gives me an error message in Arabic???
I have heard that HP build something in to their motherboard Bios so you cant use any old hard drive.
Can anyone help?
I have formatted the drive, still no luck.
