When the repair shop I sent my laptop to replace my damaged hard drive gave it back, my Windows Vista configurations and many of my programs were damaged. Before I sent it in, I made a Recovery Disc - but that was with my damaged Hard Drive.
Would it be safe to use it just to restore my computer to the "out-of-box" state?
