What are some good reputable hard drive recovery company?

First of all, I don't want a software to try to recover data on my own. Tried it and failed.

My hard disk drive had some kind of a malfunction and I took it out and replaced it with a new one.

Unfortunately I was not able to recover all data from my backup. Don't know why. Only went back to a certain time in the past and then nothing.

I need video and picture data, if it's still on the damaged disk, before a certain date. It's mostly sentimental stuff, and nothing vitally important.

Are there any companies out there that I can send my damaged disk and have them try to recover the data?
